Your VA will come to you fully trained on the entire process of taking a new lead to contract with in the intake workflow. VAs will be trained on comping but this is a skill learned over time so we suggest more training once onboarding with your team.  

This includes how to:

• prep leads
• prequalify leads
• help comp (you will have the final say)
• call sellers
• trained on how often and how to follow up
• negotiate with your number
• trained on the contracts we use so you can plug them into your paper system

Tools they are trained on: 

• MapRight 
• Trello/Monday/PODIO
• FollowUp Boss (CRM) 
• Comping tools 
• Direct skip and Lead Sherpa (taking mailing list and turning them into call and texting lists)

It takes about 4-8 weeks for the VA to onboard with your team. You will be given about a 1 week notice of the date they will be ready to join your team.

This is a 1 Year Guarantee! 

If your VA leaves or you are unhappy with their performance within the first year we will find you a replacement.

The VA's contract includes:

• 40 Hours per week, Hours are typically 9-6 CST, Monday-Friday, with major Holidays considered off days.
• $12-15/hr plus a highly suggested bonus per closed deal commission of $100-200/closing.  
• We handle the paychecks on our end, all you need to do is set up Auto Pay and we will withdraw their salary weekly.  We will help you handle year end paperwork such as required W9’s/1099’s

Yes, this isn't cheap. The cost covers the amount of time it takes to source, interview, train, and cover their salary for the time they are in training.
