It takes about 6-8 weeks for the VA to onboard with your team. You will be given about a 2 weeks notice of the date you will need to take them onto your team. There is a year commitment with the VA per their contract.

If they do not meet your expectations or quit prior to the year mark we will source and train another VA for your team.
You are able to take them onto your own team after a full year of them on your team. This will terminate our contract with us and the Lifetime guarantee as well as the VA's ongoing training and contact with Clint's team.
The VA's contract includes:
- 40 Hours per week, Hours are typically 9-6 CST, Monday-Friday, with major Holidays considered off days.
- $15/hr plus a highly suggested bonus per closed deal commission of $100-200/closing.
- We handle the paychecks on our end, all you need to do is set up Auto Pay and we will withdraw their salary weekly. We will help you handle year end paperwork such as required W9’s/1099’s
- Ongoing communication and weekly training with Clint's team
Yes, this isn't cheap. The cost covers the amount of time it takes to source, interview, train, and cover their salary for the time they are in training.
