After joining corporate America I quickly realized there was a better way to generate wealth for my family. 5 years ago at the age of 22 I formed Away Land Co with only $15,000 (a loan from my grandpa!)

Compared to other real-estate investment opportunities, land is NOT a competitive niche. This has given me an unfair advantage to grow my business in a market that is full of deals!
We bring off market properties back to life, offering below market prices and competitive owner financing terms. We do this by acquiring land around 30-40% of market value and getting 10-40% back on the down payment, then financing the rest at a high interest rate.
I have an amazing remote team of 5 individuals
- We do 100+ deals a year
- I hold approximately 200 owner financed notes in my portfolio.
- Our business has raised over a million dollars in funding.

Learn Land

I started my consulting business, Learn.Land, in late 2019 when I realized how many land investors were struggling with marketing online.

Our prerecorded classes and consulting hours provide land investors support, coaching, training, tools, templates and systems to scale their businesses through digital marketing.
Y1 we did nearly 400k in gross revenue and are scaling the business through different consulting and agency offerings.
I love sharing how digital marketing, real estate and land can create a powerful (and fun!) business.
